Your Townhouse Association Board of Directors is announcing the 2024 Annual Assessment. Beginning January 1, 2024, we will be increasing the monthly dues by $10.00, which is a 12.50% increase. The monthly payment will now be $90.00 per month, for a total annual payment of $1,080.00. Covenants entrust the Board with the responsibility of ensuring your Association’s ongoing financial viability. While the Board can raise assessments up to 20% annually, increases are made only when needed. The last time there was an increase was 2019, and prior to that was 2016.
Owners are encouraged to use automatic bank draft as the method of payment. If you would like to get setup with automatic payments, you can contact us at (479) 855-9328 and we will happily assist you.
A $30.00 fee will be added to your account for any returned payments, ACH or closed accounts.
There is a $200.00 owner transfer fee required for transferring the ownership when a property is sold. Buyers will be asked to pay the remaining yearly assessment balance at closing and will then be able to make arrangements through the office for future payments.
Please know your Townhouse Association Board of Directors and Staff are dedicated to efficient operations and providing the best service possible. Board meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 4 PM at the Association office located at 2 Cora Circle, in Drake Courts.
